2. The short version

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no content from third party servers. Fonts are stored on our own server. We only process data when you open the site (technically necessary) or send us a request.

Only in our internal, password-protected staff area is a technically necessary session cookie set after login. It is deleted when you log out or close the browser.

3. Visiting the website and server log files

When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically stores data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the page you came from. We need this data to run the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless the host specifies otherwise.

Hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

4. Contact form, vehicle form and email

If you write to us using a form or by email, we process your details (name, email, company and phone if provided, your message and, for vehicle offers, the vehicle data) to answer your request. Form data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the web server.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time. We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

To protect against spam and abuse, an encrypted value (hash) of your IP address is stored briefly to block too many requests in a short time. It is no longer used after one hour at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Phone and WhatsApp

If you call us or send a WhatsApp message, we process your phone number and your message to handle your request. WhatsApp's own privacy policy (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) also applies, and data may be transferred to the USA. The WhatsApp links on this site are plain links: WhatsApp only opens when you tap one.

6. Links to Google Maps and social networks

We do not embed maps, reviews or posts from Google, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. The map on the contact page is our own drawing. Our links to these services are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave our site, and the provider's privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Just send us an email.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.

8. SSL encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol and "https://" in your browser's address bar.
